We showed you how we workout on the boat. Move it or lose it. #samnewman #boatlife #bucketlist #yachting #boating #yachting #yachtcharter #travel #fishing #media #cooking #comment #workout
We've been watching your journey from the beginning and have loved every minute of it. After watching last night's episode with the exercise routine of both Sue and yourself, and the ability you have to raise your legs that high is an inspiration and something you should be proud of being able to do. You and Sue should and could start up a program for our aged and promote it. I went to get my yearly prostate check up last week and was told the government now only subsidise the test every 2 years, if you want yearly, you pay yourself. They spend billions on promoting men to get tested yet can't pay for the test to be done. Keep up the good work.
What a great lifestyle program. No wonder network TV died. A senior's lifestyle program with Sam and Sue would be fantastic. Health, fitness, food, fashion, and activity.
Wowww Sam You're so so flexible! Incredible to follow your journey Sue and Sam! Love it so much!! Sue you're so tanned.. you're as dark as I am lol. Love your workout :) this is something I can do at home with the little one too! Move it or lose it :) :)
Sue & Sam you are both so inspirational , I’m totally enjoying your adventures. My family also love your stories. We are currently in Airlie Coral sea resort, celebrating my 70th🎉 how lucky I am. Keep up the great podcast & videos of trip . Love it cheers Maree Hughes
Great video and showing us what you do to keep in shape and flexible. I'd recently come across Dr Sean OMara on youtube and how sprinting helps remove visceral fat that people are unaware of. Generally people don't sprint after 35yo and even long distance runners can get visceral fat which means inflammation around your vital organs. Sprinting more than any other exercise helps remove visceral fat along with diet.
What size weights do you normally use please Sue ? I look forward to your videos every night, they are very entertaining. I laughed and laughed when I saw Sam’s singlet inside out, even before you mentioned it… 😂😂😂
Thanks for the workout video, Sue and Sam, I followed your every movement, and my eye balls felt exhausted, after watching 👀 the weights going up and down, up and down, up and down, up and dow... zzzzzzzz😴
Very well put together Vid guys. You know, the whole message of staying fit and active, particularly in your later years, could very well be just as important as the getting your prostate checked message.
Another brilliant exercise is to ride a bike , you should both get a fold up bike and go for rides around Airlie Beach, much better for your joints than walking
Hey Sam, when you were in Moreton bay you said that's where the crabs come from,I think you also said you get oysters from oyster bay.So what do you get from fanny bay and what's the daily bag limit? please tell me 🤔
It’s unfortunate when you start to get into your 60’s that everything starts going south ! It all starts to get a bit loose around the edges !!!! Lol 😂 great advice guys, we are regular walkers but it wouldn’t hurt us to try a few muscle toning exercises as well. Good idea, I’ll speak with the brains trust & see if we can get some dumbbells 💪 😅
