My main reason for moving to PH is to garden and create lots of Koi ponds. I'm in Phoenix now...too hot. That is a really nice Koi pond and very nice fish too. Very nice place. Wish you'd given the lot size. It's an American thing to not consider land size as important, but that's most of the cost,

Nice landscaping but the inside of the actual house is quite old with no interior design. I certainly would not pay 25M pesos for this property. It needs a lot of work to justify that price. What did the property eventually sell for?

If it’s not Bermuda grass it’s most likely “kalabaw” or carabao grass. The leaves are larger but smoother to the touch than Bermuda.

This house is not worth 500k. No f way! This is a 150k house at most. I can get more value for that money in Texas and even Florida!!!
Stay in texas and florida. This one's premium location is worth a lot, maybe consider that before making uninformed comments

But don't forget that cost of living there much more higher
@@Alex_Kosh the problem is that the quality of the property and house is nowhere near being worth the value of 500k. You get a much bigger and better house in smaller towns in the US. No one is going to buy it and that is my honest opinion!
