The 306 Maxi is an F2 ( Formula 2 ) Kit Car with a 2 liter naturally aspirated engine that has around 280 + hp and revs to 10 000 rpm +. Not a super 1600 car
Interesting to see that some of these cars in this video doesn't wear its number plate and the roadtax sticker on the windscreen despite the fact rally cars needed to be road legal so they can use the public road to get to A to B (for example, from service park to rally stage). In france the race number replace the number plate. they're are not allowed to have it during races
