For the sake of the nation, every country should require any alien to prove every allegation they make about anything touching on immigration. He says he is 16 years of age, he should be denied entry if he cannot prove that. He says his name is something Benson, he should be denied entry until he can prove that. Why should he be allowed to burden the UK when he MAY be lying? He is not a defendant who is to be presumed innocent; he is prosecuting a claim to be allowed entry, he is the plaintiff, the burden of proof should be squarely on him.
