Iam impressed with the way you can go back and forth between live play and tournaments. Now days I stick to tournaments because I don't have the ability to play both styles at once.
Cool seeing you back with "normal people games" :) For fun I just looked up your stats and dang ...over 1m in tournament cashes? Amazing to see this development of yours. You've been great for the game.
Definitely love this challenge ! 😁 you’re a typical Asian super smart making a video every day of the month! Making that advertisement money in December
Love the content, please keep making these kinds of video! Just wondering if you have any advise, when playing against a player who is always betting big or pot sized bets, knowing everyone is just going to fold?
Being new to live cash, I started a challenge a month or so ago with a 600 bankroll at the 1/3 level (2 buy-ins). It took me a little less than 1 month, about 18 sessions played (3-5 hours in length each), to hit 5000 profit :)
It's ya boy Ethan! Man's a luckbox! How's that all in against the pocket kings, nothing like getting that ace pair on the flop! 🔥 Love the content Ethan, thanks boyyy!
Cool because it’s more relatable and a question Ethan how big you think your bank roll should be in the 1/3 streets with a cash game / tournament bank roll or if they go together
Not sure if you ever posted the vlog from rivers casino when you had the meet up game few months back… Was a pleasure to meet you in person Ethan I hope you’ll be back soon. Would love to battle at the table with you
@@RampagePoker thanks bud I love your content and I actually used your good luck protector on a table game as a good luck charm and hit a straight flush for over $700! So thanks for the run good and played some 1-3 poker also and won another $300 that night also :) so thanks for the luck box run good rampage 👍
hey bro when you first started playing poker which with tools did you get better and what kind of stuff did you use to learn about different scenarios and ranges ?
@10:59 "Ha-a-a-h...is anyone ever bluffing at these stakes??? I ... don't... think... so..." (with Ethan thinking: "except 'yours truly', at times!" 🙂 Oh,... Great job at a hamburger stakes table! hehehe
Good advice on always staying at a certain threshold. A big mistake people make is playing to the felt. When you lose 80% of your stack, 20% remaining is 2 all-in wins to break even: if you top-up, 1 of those wins puts you back in the green. This advice cannot be discountedm
Well played. A but lucky with AK vs KK, but it’s about time you have some luck. One of these days you’ll figure out you’re the only guy at the 1/2 1/3 table who bluffs on the river!
Love ya bro but may I suggest you update your outro pictures from misc playing with a mask yo you holding a tournament trophy or something more recent?
Any advice for a person who plays 1 2 cash and raises in the CO for 17 and has 5 people at the table calling. Am I in the wrong game. Because if I don't hit the flop a CB bet is probably going to be disaster. Anyway the question is do I continue to play at tables where 5 people are willing to call with just about anything? I guess if I was a super TAG this situation would be ideal but continue to lose money to these players. Anyone have advice for me.
Hey Rampage I have been watching you for years and I was watching you grind at the low stakes when it actually meant something. I remember how dejected you were after losing a thousand or more sometimes and supported you through those days. Going back to 1-2 or 1-3 is stupid for your OG fans. I will always support you and watch your videos but after seeing you win hundreds of thousands, win tournaments and seeing your progression watching these low stakes is boring. Your new fans should watch your old videos to see the real grind because playing 1-2 and 1-3 when theres no risk is not the same or realistic. Keep it Real. Always a fan Xavier.
Equity is the “probability” or the prospect of making a hand. So him “denying equity” to J9 means by betting, the J9 has to pay a price (call) to see the turn card to see if he’ll his his gut shot straight. If you just check back, than the turn card is “free”, so any T on the turn card is very dangerous as all J9 just made straight. Deny equity is just fancy term for putting pressure on draws by betting and hoping they fold or they call and miss.
DONT THINK I COULD HAVE FOLDED POCKET QUEENS EITHER. THE WAY THE BOARD RAN OUT AND THE WAY THE OPPONNENT PLAYED IT SEEMED LIKE HE COULD HAVE HAD A PAIR MOF TENS
It is pretty funny watching you play these low poker tables. When those people put in $10, then that may be a big deal to them, You play on Hustler betting thousands of dollars on a hand, so for you taking a chance in that last hand by paying off that guy under $200 bucks, then I can see how that is nothing for you to lose. What happened to that good ol' Rampunts? haha
You played more hands in this one hour session then I get in a full night of play. It's not a real representation of how the game goes at that level. We'll see if it keeps on going your way! A question that is not related to poker if you don't mind. What are the black rings suppose to represent? I see more players on vlogs with them and I wonder if they have a particular meaning.
I am glad you are not donkey your money like when you started vlogging. We can actually learn from you on how to play. Back in the days it was learn how not to play. 🤣
Everybody hit the like button for Rampage putting out content literally every single day!
Living my poker dreams through you 😂😂
Why
lol!!!
I like the smaller stakes videos. It's alot more relatable for me. Like seeing every day also.
What I appreciate Ethan is how you’re able to talk through the hands and the bets players make preflop and your ability to judge hands being played
You playing in the lower stake games makes a more relatable experience for me, more fun for me to watch than the big games you play.
love your humble content appreciating small money when you play big money ...
As a lower stakes player, I love these videos! Can't wait til see how long it takes you to complete this challenge!!!
Iam impressed with the way you can go back and forth between live play and tournaments. Now days I stick to tournaments because I don't have the ability to play both styles at once.
I’m honestly really enjoying these videos. Planning on going to the casino and seeing if I can run up a good bankroll. Thanks Ethan.
Love these bankroll challenge videos! I’m newer to poker and love seeing 1/2 or 1/3 content!
Loving these everyday videos. Keep up the grind Ethan. Your climb in the poker world as been amazing to watch.
This bankroll challenge is great! Loving the content, keep it up!
It is interesting to see how the thought process is different and that the other players play differently at lower stakes. Thanks for doing this.
Loving the bank roll challenge!!!
Really helpful considering that's what I play. Great informative content! Kudos
Great series Ethan! it's funny don't matter the stakes I'll watch a rampage video!
Definitely like the low stakes and the bank roll challenge, definitely more relatable.

Great series Ethan. Really helpful for us 'normal' players!

Yes, great content! I have to learn how to get competitive and making hands out of no hands instead of folding more than I do. 😂
It's ya boy Ethan! Man's a luckbox! How's that all in against the pocket kings, nothing like getting that ace pair on the flop! 🔥 Love the content Ethan, thanks boyyy!
Love this series! Keep it up.
This is fun - thanks for doing it Ethan. Continued success! :)
The structure of your video is epic that was awesome to plan it out the way you did thanks man
Rampage: You need to play super tight, the rake is so high!! Also Rampage: Lets open 33 UTG!
Gambleeee
Cool because it’s more relatable and a question Ethan how big you think your bank roll should be in the 1/3 streets with a cash game / tournament bank roll or if they go together
U da man shoutout from Cleveland

Rampage better win vlogger of the year. He uploads the most out of everybody
I recognize those chips in a sec lol those cash games were great just missed playing with you
banger everyday! what a great start to december!
He's grinding lower stakes to avoid variance after the huge sun run to close out his year big for the Vlog.
lol he’s definitely not grinding these stakes. Played for a little over an hour in the last vlog then went to high limit. 😂
I love the constant videos keep it up
Awesome video Ethan we appreciate it 🎉
Marcelo!🥇

Big hug from France !!! You re really the pure one for me !
I'm sure you mentioned it in another video, but what did your bankroll initially start at? Good luck as well.

Any face card on turn or river
Rampage : Seems like a good card to bluff at
Back to Elementary School. Now we learning! 🎉
I really like the BRC, thanks for the content
Well played. A but lucky with AK vs KK, but it’s about time you have some luck. One of these days you’ll figure out you’re the only guy at the 1/2 1/3 table who bluffs on the river!
Always enjoyed the bank roll challenge.
Love the series way more realistic to the average Joe
I like this content for a month 😊
"Who folds overpairs?" Who's going to put the Negreanu hero fold compilation tape together?
They don’t call me a luck box for nothing 🤣🤣🤣
Love ya bro but may I suggest you update your outro pictures from misc playing with a mask yo you holding a tournament trophy or something more recent?
I'm wayyy ahead of you in this challenge!
Except in the red instead 😢
What is your thought about 1/3 online?
Is it tougher or easier as live?
Way tougher objectively
Excellent content Rampage.
Beats pocket Kings on an all in...two minutes later...you know whats a money making hand? Pocket Kings! 😂
I would've called there with queens too.
LLLLLLLLLlet's go!!! What a bink on the AK hand...
Always nice to get paid when you flop gold!

literally just said it out loud yourself. Adjust to the players/game. 3 bet more, just pick your spots. play tighter or pick a different game.
BIGGGERR STAKESSSS
IMO I would of liked you to show what you were going to risk(aka your bankroll to get it as your bankroll is better than all ours 😅

Nice.... I always struggle with over betting (when I have nuts) thinking ppl will fold. But ppl really be calling these big bets
I think you had a pair of 3s in your second hand unless your board was off
@1:52 ACE-4 HEARTS LOOKS LIKE ACE-3 HEARTS. I NEED GLASSES :)
Any suggestion how to recover your bank roll fast hehe
Work, find something consistent that generates income
I wonder if playing 1-3 is actually bad for your 25-50 that you usually play?
its Ace 3 not ACE 4 like you said in the video 1:53 hehe
great content !
Wow in 17 minutes you catch AKs KK and QQ.
Not bad "E" 👏... discipline is a beautiful thing...
This dude wearing gloves ?!
This dude watches his wife plow her boyfriend
He is one of those that the pandemic will never end.
He wears a mask in his own car
He wears a mask in his back yard
Lol I see them blue gloves
It doesn't get more creepy than shuffling with gloves, apparently
How come we don't have any emojis for the members 😂
1-3 at ballys rake isnt too bad, if i remember it was max $3
Really? That's insanely low.
At 3:10 What does "deny equity" mean?

4 King hell dude 😂😂😂
Just wondering what's the purpose of this $5000 BR challenge? Is it better to spend more time on the big game like $50/$100 or even $100/$200?
It's to capitalize on TH-cam's December monetization, as stated by another vlogger, YT pays way more this month than others.
DONT THINK I COULD HAVE FOLDED POCKET QUEENS EITHER. THE WAY THE BOARD RAN OUT AND THE WAY THE OPPONNENT PLAYED IT SEEMED LIKE HE COULD HAVE HAD A PAIR MOF TENS
You can actually see Ethan really improve throughout these vlogs. He managed not to raise 95o in this episode.
Slowly learning
Is this a replay?
are these old? or is he doing this currently?
It's a new series he is putting out playing 1/3 I believe, played maybe a few months ago but posting now
You had a pair 3 on the second hand not ace high
Protect your hand bro, damn
Did seat 4 have a medical emergency to attend to at the same time ?
He had surgery to perform after the session

That guy with rubber gloves though....

Always here
He must be tired because he called A3h, A4h 😂 get some rest bud
I am glad you are not donkey your money like when you started vlogging. We can actually learn from you on how to play. Back in the days it was learn how not to play. 🤣
Kings are an A magnetic
You had A3 heart not A4 lol
i love you ethan
Your pretty good at 1-3nl, but you need work on your game, I don’t think you would make it at deeper stakes
Hahaha
I turned $1.14 into $10,000 in 15 hours.
Mobbin
ace 3
🥰
