    Just wanted to to say that I’m really enjoying your content. I’ve actually been playing along to each of your videos of this series, and it’s kept my interest in this game pretty high. I’m looking forward to see what all you will do on C2 .

      Thank you! So nice to hear you are playing along and enjoying it! 🙌 I'm excited to get more stuck into CS2, still very much trying to get to grips with it all at the moment, I had thousands of hours of play time in CS1 before deciding to make content on it, so making CS2 videos feels out of my comfort zone right now! I'll get there though!

      @@fewcandy I will not be getting CS2. I still haven't mastered CS1 to my satisfaction yet, and I most certainly don't want to spend what little time the cancer leaves me scratching my head whilst trying to get my head around a new version of the game. And I most certainly don't want to be without my 12,000 assets!

      @@CaptainQuark9 I'm so sorry to hear you have cancer Dirk, definitely enjoy that time on a game you know you love ❤

    This turned out to be such a nice neighbourhood. Well connected with transit and walkable, and that central park everyone is close to. Just love it!

    Fun fact with the small B&Q asset, if they are instead zoned as 1x1 or 1x2 (iirc) they can grow in wall to wall as proper row/townhouses. Sadly, very few people realize or know about this cause I imagine not many people like zoning 1x1s especially for "High Density".

    • @fewcandy
      @fewcandy  ปีที่แล้ว +3

      New realisation as of this video lol! Definitely haven't played with this pack enough, and expect to see a few of these row houses popping up through out this city now! 😅

    Nice to see Candy doing some zoning and districting, as the builds usually involved plopping down of assets - which I also like. This will serve as a nice tutorial for me, on how to zone and create district effectively. Thanks.

    This looked absolutely gorgeous! Adored the little green belt seperating the low and high density buildings. Would love to live in that neighbourhood.
    Also really loved the large central park in the middle. Maybe a few more gaps in the bushes lining the open green spaces so people can walk onto them for picnics and play?

    I think Fewnilla County needs a public sports complex. Somewhere that recreational sports leagues play, outside of just school sports fields. A rather large complex with multiple baseball diamonds, multiple soccer fields, an aquatic centre, etc. In my rather small city of 150,000 people, our main sports complex has 6 baseball diamonds, 5 soccer fields, a heated soccer dome, and then two large buildings that house 4 hockey rinks, 2 indoor soccer arenas, an Olympic sized pool with indoor water slides, a gymnasium large enough for 4 basketball courts, an indoor running track, and a large gym….all in one general facility. And a public library.
    Obviously for the game you’d have to scale it down somewhat, but I think the good people of Fewnilla County deserve a large community sports and activity complex.
    Also spying out some of those mountains that will be sort of beside downtown….a mountain park next to downtown, complete with gondola ride to the top, would be pretty epic. We actually have a mountain park beside the downtown where I live, and it’s a big selling feature for the city. People who work in offices downtown go for a quick mountain bike ride on their lunch break.

    I can't wait to attempt to recreate this city in CS2. I hope there will be a comparable map to this one in CS2. I've been following along in CS1 up to the industry video.

    B - E - A - U - T - I - F - U - L FewC! Love the central park. I noticed the "Old Geezer" walking around in there. Question though. Should trees grow up through concrete? I noticed that in the high school plaza.

    Holiday catch ups. I am looking forward to a build where you don't have all downtown tiles in advance. Often the way when playing through the milestones, and I think the design and planning process will probably be different. I always struggled with that on console. So be good to see how you tackle it...

    Hey Candy, how about adding a neighborhood for the wealthy citizens with the gated community policy. Like your version of Hollywood/Beverly Hills in California.
