I've been looking forward to this. I think that the adapter plates are innovative by the way you can adjust the angle of the engine. Things have changed since I was doing it. I can't wait to see her running.
Love it you are an artist!!! So...any chance we could talk about your red truck. I would really love to be the new owner. That body style before the Tacoma came out has always been my choice, and with all that love you put into in. Just a great looking truck. As well as running! If we could talk at some point about it please let me know. I hate to keep pushing, but it truly is a 1 of a kind. If I was you I don't think I would let it go!!!
Austin, what about a 3/4-1” body lift? You will then be able to tuck transmission up a little allowing you to get motor closer to that 5* north/south angle and gain plenty of hood clearance.
Every time I watch your videos it makes me work on my car You just motivate me to work on my car Big fan from Afghanistan keep up the good work Can you put the names of music please tnx
Northwest fab makes some great kits! We just used their kit to machine a np205 transfer case and bolt onto a 2005 6.0 vortec /4L80e combo for a 72 k5 Jimmy were are restoring! 😎👍
Noticed the little dirt bike with training wheels in the background. That is parenting done right.
Dang, incredible amount of room. You could put tool storage boxes in there!
The 5 degree setup looks much better.
Have fun camping!! ;)

Body lift would look real good and give you way more room. Or BFH to firewall, grinder to the top of diff?

Beautiful parts!
You said "a"hole. Lol. Sorry. The kid in me. Nice work.
1 inch body lift would give you so much space in the engine bay and such
Yeah I might look into that
The moment we have all been waiting for!! 👍
Can you lift the transmission up abit higher?? Then you can gain clearance and be able to tilt it down too??
Looking forward to seeing the results

Ya know I did think about that, still undecided. It does for pretty good just a few tight spots and I don’t think the angle is going to hurt anything
Time to invest in a lift. But always awesome work
You can us a drop kit for your front diff
Welcome to the fold! Of Hammer mechanics:)

What's up? Are all New Process transfer cases chain driven? I know that the 205 is.
@@jimmadonna1436 all the 205s we used are gear drive units... the 208s and 241s we have used are chain drive
@@670fastcrf thanks
Please do a solid axle and a dual transfer case.
Austin, why factory angle and not 0?
Notch the firewall for pump in back build a pocket
Genius
The link for the adaptor doesn't work , great vid though.
Seems like a no brainer to modify an aluminium pan to lower the engine and improve the driveline angles.
There’s not a whole lot of room under the pan to drop! Might be able to get 1/2”
6:07 lol
I was waiting for this ur good at this Good 👍 job
Hey...which transmission did you go with
R150F
6:07 "you'll come to the A hole" lol sorry... had to.
I laughed way too hard at that!! 🤣
I have a 88 Toyota pickup 22r 4x4 manual trans.
This motor tdi and this plates adapter fit in my truck ?
What type of engine is that is it diesel or gasoline
It amazes me how we use our time on this planet. To what end is our purpose?
Does the coating on adaptor make a difference performance wise?
Just will last longer without corrosion!
👋 Hi
👍
I know I complained about using the claw hammer, now I miss it. Can you leave it sitting on the bench. 😂
Haha I’ll bring the claw back just for you 😂😂
Not the CRRROOORRRWWWW
I see why that adapter cost so much, nice work.
