I did special education for both my degree and Msc but I want to have a career switch. The issue I have is that the agent that wants to help me claims that because I have a 2:2 in the b.Ed and M.Ed I may not be offered admission so I should consider other options. I really want this social works Is it really something I should try or just move on from it?
I think you should go for what you really want. Your personal statement and other details may still win you a place in the Social Work programme despite the 2.2 grade in your 1st degree studies. Anyway, why not handle your own applications yourself? It may be better than going through agents sometimes.

Am in a city I pay 670 for rent of two bedroom but am suffering the consequences because no readily available jobs, make sure to do your research before moving, I get just one shift a week now am planning to move to kent 👍

It depends on the landlord. Many don't allow couples in a shared accommodation. Those who do add extra money to their rent...
