Y’all should really listen to other songs on positions. She did quite a few fun ones, but there were also ones that were lyrically beautiful as well. It’s a great album as a whole. 34+35 is definitely more steered towards the pop sounding side, which is why a lot of new listeners get the wrong impression of her at first if they only listen to those types. I would give pov, my hair, and off the table a listen - at least from this album specifically

For me it's about women's sexual liberation (finally). We can talk, sing, do with our bodies what we want and when we want; It's funny to see people feel uncomfortable with these types of lyrics and not with other messages of violence or even sexual content coming from men. This song is necessary. Of course, I respect others' musical likes, (Ariana is not my cup of tea, either) but the message is important. :) (Sorry if I made some mistake; English is not my first language).

I agree about the sexual lyrics of hers. She tends to write a lot of sexual songs, which isn't necessarily bad - it's just not everyone's thing. But apart from her having a great voice and catchy songs, she actually DOES have other songs that are less sexual and with some deeper hitting lyrics.
