I completely agree with your comment about changing from the upper door locations and putting the mids at the bottom of the A pillars. Recently did the same in my BMW 4 series which has almost exactly the same locations. It brings the whole stage on top of the dash.
I have been scrolling through this site for weeks listening to what others have done to up grade their mercedes audio system... Man this is boss. It is the sweetest sounding piece of music I have heard to this point. Great job.

1. We don’t have a great level of support of the brand in UK. 2. After using them, I wouldn’t use them again, not worth the price. I can deliver that level of quality for half the price with other brands.

I got me thinking; since you builded and heard this system with those tweeters, which other tweeters can you compare those Morels with the gear you mostly use in your installs, objectively speaking without considering the car, installation and the tuning? In which “league” can you put them? Steg, Micro Precision, Focal et cetera….so your personal preference?
Amazing! What factors influence how you split up the amp duties? This time you did tweeters, mids on one, woofers and rears on the other, with each getting 2 channels bridged for a sub. Could you not also have one amp do all the left channels and one doing all the right? In your setup, would one amp run hotter?
Seems like subs between the rear seats and trunk is a popular setup, is that for optimal performance, or convenience, or a little of both? What would you do if you had an E-class and the rear seats didn't go down?
Bass still goes through, but you need a hole behind the arm rest in the middle at least. This car is not driven like this either, seats were only tipped down to take a picture.

I would have to cut an opening, but there are perforations there in the metal where the ski pass through would go.

The only thing missing is copper colored magnets on the subs to match the amps 🤓 The plexi amp cover is amazing! This is great 👍
There was no budget for that on this one, plus the subs face the cabin, so it’s actually better this way.

But what about the amplification of the 2 match how drive this 2 drivers ?
They were wired to the Zapco amps, just like any other speakers we used running in fully active.

It always has to be RTA measured. Every car and installation is different.
