@@HeraldOfOpera that is a blast from the past comment right there! I remember using Metamorphosis back on the day. Summoned Skull Beat Down was also a classic! Do you reckon Metamorphosis will get an errata?
@@HeraldOfOpera for this deck in particular it makes for summoning Manifestation a lot easier. But I guess it depends on the errata, most likely people will find some way to abuse it
@@TheArchfiendGuy My point was supposed to be that I'm not sure it NEEDS errata. Instant Fusion is just a much better and more searchable card in most cases, so ban that and put Metamorphosis in its place for a format to see if anyone can come up with anything.
Finally got a chance to watch great deck profile and I loved the explanation for each cards function in the deck helps alot when you dont play these cards often

Could you release like videos of you playing the deck and playtest hands to see how you would play them and how you would combo for example ive been struggling with learning the combos and what I should do with which cards

It can't unfortunately but that would have been cool if it could It's probably one of the easiest ways of accessing Ascent though. The ideal situation is to have Pandemonium on the field, Special Summon Commander to pop either Commander if it's not in the GY already, or Cavalry/Empress. Get the search and summon, then NS another Commander for the SS to bring out Ascent I feel like Ascent is just an extra card rather than a core card though, and out of all the new Summoned Skull stuff I prefer Manifestation the most. The ritual is cool though
I would have an Archfiend Black Skull Dragon in place of the 2nd Archfiend's Manifestation. The former's ability is just too good to pass up for a SS/Red Eyes deck!
Hey! I agree and like Archfiend Black Skull Dragon's effect a lot. From my testing I couldn't get it out with Verte Anaconda but I was probably doing something wrong.. Although now I want to make a Black Skull Dragon deck!
@@TheArchfiendGuy Gemini monsters are only Normal Monsters on the field or in the graveyard... although this particular deck has to run the OG Summoned Skull for its floating effects, so that probably shouldn't be an issue?

Red Rising Dragon locks you into DARK Dragon Synchros for the turn, so unfortunately the Final Sigma play isn't legal. Although you could just make Hot Red Dragon Archfiend Abyss so...yeah still a very good play

IIRC, Summoned Skull was actually optimal until Metamorphosis happened and gave us Goat Control.

Go for it! I'm testing it out in other builds as well, it doesn't see much play but it has surprisingly good synergy with Archfiends
You can't summon Sigma the turn you summon Red Rising Dragon. It locks you into Dark Dragon type monsters
Yeah it'd have to be turn 2 if the board survives

Yeah it's not the best. Very rarely you'd be able to do it but if you do then you're sending a message! Let 'em know you mean business ;)

Yeah Final Sigma would have to be on the next turn, just a shame that Bane doesn't have much protection
Allure of Darkness isnt better for draw?
It probably is in almost every way! I'm not a huge fan of banishing but it's definitely a better option than the other less generic spells I mentioned
