    I love how you're always thinking ahead and problemsolving...that's the teacher in you. Thank you for your dedication and obvious love for this and us. I'm still at the senior level 😂 with some intermediate sprinkled in but watch all you put out even when I know I'm not ready for that yet.

    Like yourself, I use to play tennis and racketball recreationally back in the day to help stay in shape for the sports I played competitively in the old days. At 57 now I just enjoy having fun. Thanks for all you do to give us fun workouts.

    Just got my rebounder assembled and yours was my first workout - loved it! At 69, I am fairly active but was looking for something else to keep me engaged. Looking forward to doing more workouts with you, just subscribed!

      Welcome!! This was a tough workout for your first time! Just want to double check that you watched my form tutorial in the getting started playlist. Very helpful for beginners. Enjoy your new rebounder!

      @@EarthOwl actually I posted this on the wrong workout, I did the beginners routine, not this one. I had started investigating all your videos and mistakenly posted on this one, which I hope to do eventually! Beginners was a great learning video!

    This workout rocks!!!! Absolutely loved the format, the pace and intensity and the moves!!! I play Tennis, Paddle Tennis (which is similar to Pickleball) and will be picking up Pickleball in the Spring, so these exercises are 💯% great training for those sports!!! Loved it!!! 👏👏⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!!!!!

      I’m also new to rebounding and I love love love your style of videos! I’m also a cyclist and until this video for racquet sports I had never thought about rebounding for certain sports. I’ve been struggling to find a *fun* way to maintain my fitness during the winter months when I can’t ride.

      @@av1atrx Look no further! Rebounding will definitely help you maintain your cardiovascular fitness, strength, balance and more when you are unable to ride due to weather!

    After my planned trip got canceled due to bad weather, I had ample time to workout today. So after my upper body weight session I was enjoying this little beauty😍( Did I say I don’t do weights and rebounding on the same day😂?) You were not kidding, this was tough, even without handweights🤪🥵😂. But so much fun and strength building and oh my, was I breathing heavily when the burn set in. I upgraded my membership today, so afterwards I treated myself to one of your lovely yoga sessions to cool down. Perfection, so glad I found you🥰🙏🏻🥰.

      Yes! This one had me huffing and puffing for sure! A little yoga follow up is always a good idea. You might enjoy the myofascial series in that yoga playlist. Scroll down a ways. Thanks, Claudia!

      @@EarthOwl Last night I took some peeks into the myofascial release videos and ordered right away the tune up balls. Thankfully Amazon Germany had them readily available. They should arrive by Saturday, looking very much forward going through those routines with you.

      @@claudiapadmaomara2306 Awesome! I may mention it in one of the videos, but Jill Miller is how I stumbled into using tune up balls for myofascial release. She had some injuries and developed her own “roll model” method.

    I watched a FAQ vid you did a while back and i was hoping you would touch on best rebounder for bad knees and pronating ankles. Im 70 lbs overweight. 60 yrs. I stopped jumping many years ago due to the pain and plantar fascitis bit i was also using a cheapy spring tramp. Im leaning towards the Jumpsport 350pro or the leaps and rebounds which is better price and has 30 money back and lifetime warranty. Would you be so kind as to help me decide what would be best for my knees and feet? Thanks much!

    • @EarthOwl
      @EarthOwl  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I still recommend the same rebounder....Jumpsport 350Pro. Depending on your body weight, you may want to adjust it to a firmer tension. I like it over the L&R because of the adjustable tension and option for a little firmer bounce. You may also want the support bar.

      Thank you SO much for replying! You are the only you tuber that has replied to my question! Can't wait to follow your channel. New subscriber! God bless! I think you confirmed that I should get the jumpsport. Hopefully that 350pro will support me at 250lbs?

    • @EarthOwl
      @EarthOwl  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@Notsosimpleliving The 350Pro has a 300lb weight rating. I would adjust the bungees to firmest tension. There is a video in my “getting started” playlist that shows you how to make the adjustment.
