Please keep showing up! I love seeing a healthcare professional in my age group working, momming, and navigating life while enjoying social media as a creator. 💕

Not sure how young women survive these days, as they strive to be Moms, partners, a full time career and more. Feelings of inadequacy are bound to arise. My daughter, a new Mom like you, is tuned into your social media. Remember to be gentle when setting the bar.
Feel so hopeful for the future, knowing there are women like you out there. Thank you for keeping it real, and empowering others with your social media presence.

Please don't stop posting. Your human and like all new mothers; we all get overwhelmed. It take one day at a time. I would love to hear about menopause.

YOU PROVIDE SO MUCH VALUE! I would love a vlog, a video about your mom journey in general, your work, you individually, and products you've been exploring/liking.

I agree with not sharing your children if that's what you want! We all believe that she is incredibly cute, and trust that you want to share, but if you'd rather not for her protection, we get it!

Thank you!! Definitely would LOVE to share her with everyone because I think she’s the best but gotta listen to my gut and her protection comes first! Glad you all understand❤️

I watch you on TH-cam because I’m a premed, see myself in OB/GYN one day, and really want to be a mom too, so I feel like I learn a lot about those worlds from you on here :) you don’t need to stay relevant! Just talk about things you like 💛

🥹 I think you are doing great. My advice As a mom of three would be take it easy don’t worry to much about getting back on track with everything, eventually you will, but for now just enjoy your baby. Time flies and suddenly your baby will grow up and be an independent little person. One thing at a time and you will enjoy motherhood!

This year more than ever it feels like women's health is under attack (not to be dramatic), and I've always found your focus on that to be so special and helpful, and I will always be happy with whatever content you want to produce. That said: please do what you need to do for you and your sweet family first and foremost, of course. This update is great and it's always honestly motivational to see how other people are doing the work (and it's WORK) to balance careers/hobbies/family. Maybe no-one can or should do it all, but sometimes just the attempts are important too. You *are* an inspiration!

Trust me, you are doing a very Good Job Ali, please keep this up.. all the questions I have as a South African woman, you answer it perfectly, not all OBGYNs in SA is helpful and they mostly brush you off, but your transparency is very refreshing. I love all your videos... 😊 And you're an awesome mom .

Doctora! Your content is so refreshing and just such an informative platform, give yourself more credit because you deserve it. There are so many creators that tend to go off of where they originally started and just begin shoving ads down our throats, I don’t see that with your channel at all. You content is one of my faves and I truly hope you stay but if you don’t, your OG’s will respect that.💕

I appreciate the longer content! That’s why I started following so many creators and then TT ruined that 😂. The content doesn’t always translate and I’m happy to see YT making a comeback.

I have a 2 month old ivf baby and also really want to hear about postpartum. I've been switching between feeling super hot and feeling cold, especially on my upper back area. It's just feels weird. I have very low ovarian reserve because I had endometriosis surgery before, i think my AMH is about 0.02. I don't know if I just have postpartum hot flashes or it's super early menopause because I'm still in my mid 30s.
Anyways, it doesn't bother enough yet but I should probably go see my Ob whenever I get through the newborn phase.
Btw, I totally understand your concern about sharing kid's pictures on social media. I try not to post my kid's pictures, at least only share the pictures taken from the back or from the side. As a software engineer, I'm a little scared of the deepfake and AI technologies. Our current law hasn't been able to catch up with all the new technologies yet, it may be OK but I just don't want to regret that I'm the one get my children in any possible trouble in future.

My baby is 6 months old as well and I was wondering if you could talk about postpartum a little bit. Specifically hormones and periods. I haven’t had a period yet. I am breastfeeding but not exclusively due to me not producing as much as my daughter eats.

Is it safe to be in a pool w a new C-section scar ? How about the beach ? I’m afraid to participate in either one of them . Sun expose and chlorine might be too much . Please educate us in taking the right steps . I’m three months postpartum. Thank you and God bless
