    sir may question po ako about counting calories and macros medyo naguguluhan lang ako sa countings ng protien. For example po ang target ko per day ay 172grams of protein daily. Pano po ba un literal na 172grams ng chicken breast . Or ung protein na makukuha ko sa chicken breast? Dun po ako naguguluhan sana po ma notice salamat po 🙏
    Kasi dba po hindi nmn porket 172grams ng chicken breast ay may 172 grams of protein din
    Un po sana may makapag palinaw salamat po 🙏🙏

    Coach sana mtulungan nyo po ako 74gms kase protein ko araw2 na kailangan tapos wala akong ibang naiisip kundi itlog lang anu dapat gawin ko na mahihit ko yung protein goal ko .. 74 kg ako ngayun gusto kung maging 60 coach patulong naman po hirap kasi ako coach walang pang bili ng sup
