pickup truck bed liner coating works really well on those pvc tool tubes. It is tough as nails... wont scratch off.... nice job sir....
Build is coming along nicely. 35K kms on mine and zero issues

Had to take the bracket off my stock DR tank and put it on the Acerbis to get my SC seat to fit.
Looks good with that dark screen 👍😎 some rubber washers would be nice

Seat concepts seats are great! I have one on my DR650 and you really don't know it is there due to it being so comfortable on longer rides. Good choice Mates!

Looking good fellas...pretty much my set up. The screens are brilliant on long rides.
I would heat up that plastic tube and flatten the tyre side a little to give you more clearance

A spacer between the rear tool tube flanges covering the threads would take a bit of stress off the bracket ends and also you will be able to tighten the bolt down without imposing stress on the bracket...as it is now tightening the bolt just stresses the bracket...😉😉😉
Bike is looking good and I think the Seat Concepts seat are good,I have the foam and grippy cover on one of my bikes,a CB500X and awaiting them to release one for my Tenere T7

Got the same seat for my DR, love the seat, thought that the seat may not be as comfortable because it is lower but it is really comfortable and really grippy. Great job Seat Concept!! Let us know how you like the seat Chappy!!
I should have gotten you guys some 1/2" sched 80 grey uPVC pipe for the windscreen standoff's. It would look mint.

How tall is chappy? Inseam? Looks like he can get enough foot to the ground. Boots might be a bit better and the luggage will help lower a bit.
I've got my tool tube steup with the front bracket on the outside with plenty of clearance . So if it rubs just flip the bracket around and bolt to the outside. Cheers

Hey Mark, thanks for making great videos, been watching for some time now. Wondering if you knew of a vendor for Screens for Bikes that ships to the US? AdventureMoto does not appear to. A bummer, because to me this is the best looking screen for the DRZ I've seen and I'd really like one. The Bajaworkx Rally is the only other option I can find, and it just looks weird IMO. Thanks for any info. you can share.

DRZ every day of the week. One of the best bikes ever built.
No comparison, the Enfield is no where near it.

U guys are mad... why did u spend such a crazy amount on the seat? $599aud is about $444usd ... U can order the foam and cover from them direct from usa for $300 and staple it on ur existing plastic seat pan urself...
He wanted to keep the stock seat for resale purposes! :-)
