CHF vs. COPD: If you come across a patient with a history of CHF and COPD but showing no classic signs of CHF, and the patient reports chest tightness without wheezing on auscultation, would you treat the chest tightness as the patient's difficulty in breathing with albuterol, or what would be your course of treatment?
@@chriscopeland2507 hx of COPD, SpO2 >92, lungs clear. Not worried about em honestly. If anything, nasal cannula. I'm more worried about the chest discomfort at that point.

@@chriscopeland2507 sounds more like a chest pain/ discomfort patient. How was the SpO2 and EtCO2?
Spo2 93% to 94% RA, with ETCO2 29
