I don't do hay only haulage, or possibly silage now. I am not able to store hay, with out waste, as I would have to store out side. It great you gone TB Clear, I have got a TB Test in September.

Can you put up a Badger proof fence. It might be a new idea but why should you be penalized for poor Dept of Agriculture Managemen. They could vaccinate all the badgers and let you get on with your life. God knows you pay enough through taxes and levies to cover all the dreams that they can come up with. I was watching a channel from Wyoming where they mow hay at night and also bale and load wagons til the wee hours.
