I really like Stoicism. I’ve always struggled with anger - a product of heredity and learned behavior - and Stoicism has helped me cope with anger. The anger itself will always show itself - even after years of maturation the easing of this issue will be all-too gradual; however, the reaction to anger can be refined and controlled, with practice and maturation. Introspection and philosophical study is helpful to me.

Thanks to this outbreak I'm out of work, stuck at home and I live in fear of my vulnerable family members getting sick, but laying in bed all day feeling depressed about things totally out of my control is a waste of time. Better to focus on what I CAN control, even if it's something as simple as maintaining an at home exercise routine and keeping my place clean. Much love dude, stay safe

I think I prefer the videos when you're just in front of the camera rambling about whatever whilst switching from soft speaking to whispers. Also idk if it's just me but I only get tingles from the right ear lol.
