I like to cut off my electronics a good hour before bed lately and do a bit of reading before sleeping. But even then it's hard to sleep. So I get ASMR like yours and put it on a little mp3 player if I need that extra bit of help, and man can I say I absolutely love the stuff you're making. Pure gold asmr right here
