Wally Varner- Happy People. Wally Varner was the long time pianist for the Blackwood Brothers Quartet. He could make the piano do things few people can. This is one of the more upbeat numbers that he played and was noted for. It was recorded on Skylite Records, and I think it was about 1962.

Wally Varner was a phenomenon in his day with the piano. I love his style. He is sorely missed but thank goodness for recordings to remember him by. R.I.P.
