There was absolutely NOTHING restored in this video. All he did, which was really nice, is simply make a new knife based on the looks of the previous ruined knife. Great work, dude, but this is NO restoration at all.
That's neither a transformation nor a restoration, it's making a replica. When I have a pocket knife and I replace the blade and the handle, what remains original?

This knive looks cool but won't work to actually cut something. There is no stopper for the blade so you can't put any pressure.
