This front left tyre is driving me crazy in spain. Its to difficult to find a setup that helps to save that tyre, but i recognized a small thing you said, that could change a lot🙏
Thanks for explaining this. I didn't understand why the tire opposite from the turn I was doing was causing more wear. I am new to racing and these videos help with teaching the concepts
Great video bro, keep it up. I was having issues with the tires and I could not figure out what was going on. But after watching this video I total get it now.
Tire wear is easily the biggest difference between wheel and controller this year. Sure it made a little difference last year but this year it’s huge. Being smooth with a controller is so much harder, especially with the longer turns like Spain has a lot of. It’s possible but so much more difficult.
It seems like no matter what I do, I can not all get my tires to be in a good working window at the same time. I mean, I guess it's realistic in that sense as tire temps are a pain in real life as well.
would have been worth noting that most people still use max camber setups from last year, which is supposed to be very detrimental to tire wear, but everyone used it last year because the tire wear generated was negligible. now it's different.
Tyre deg doesnt have as much effect on lap time but the driver now on F1 24 has more control on how much the tyres wear, so a driver could now make drivers go 3 laps longer than a rival driver. thats the main change :)
I did the camera settings as you explained in you camera settings video but the result is different from what I see in this video. Do you change something? I see part of the nose of my car, in your video there is just halo....
Yeah I updated mine since making the highest of the camera to the ingame max, I can make an updated settings page for you while I’m streaming on kick or twitch 💪
@@BrendonLeigh thanks! It will help a lot. Where can I find it? Just watching your twitch? I never used twitch before, I am a little dumb with that kind of things... probably different generation is the cause :)
Thank you! I will do this video once the new update is out for car handling. doing the video now would probs get views but wouldnt be that useful to helping people improve in the long term
I am driving without abs since a While. My pace ist good Till the Tires Drop. After that, I always lose the car during the braking Prozess (when I start to Turn). What can I do? If I hit the brake less powerfull i am Never gonna make the apexes… Thankfull for all sort of Help!
As an American, when you said the rubber analogy I thought it was a different kind of rubber haha. Thanks for the tips!
ahahahaahahah, happy to help :)
The engines sound in this game is like a 1995 Nintendo game
ahaha fair XD
Yeah specially alfa romeo😂
No it’s not my tires it’s me 😔
:(
Thank you so much for this video, I didn't really understand how to manage tires before and was just driving qualifying laps all the time 😂

Keep me updated please how to process!
Left tyres on this game on most tracks I’ve found so far has such a horrendous wear compared to the rights
@@ianranford-marshall5969 Is it better to reduce tyre pressures on the left side?
Thanks for explaining this. I didn't understand why the tire opposite from the turn I was doing was causing more wear. I am new to racing and these videos help with teaching the concepts
happy to hear the video helped :)
when you turn right, most of the load of the energy is on the left tire so if there’s more right turns in a track your left front will wear quicker
Another banger ❤. Any chance of a video explaining how to setup a car for a race instead of just for time trials?
Thanks bud! ❤️ I’ll look into this video concept for you 💪
Would love this one 😭copying someone’s setup just to realize we have different driving styles

Yeah, Tbh im not a fan of how much difference there is between the wheel and pad. should be more even to keep it fair
I love the new tyre wear. My front left at silverstone should not be same as front right. Perfect job EA!
Thanks man! Helped me a lot for the GP in China!

Mianly down to tyre psi bud, If you are too hot on temps use higher psi in game. if you are too cold use lower psi in game
@BrendonLeigh I've raised and lowered tire pressures to max/min and it doesn't seem to make much of a difference.
would have been worth noting that most people still use max camber setups from last year, which is supposed to be very detrimental to tire wear, but everyone used it last year because the tire wear generated was negligible. now it's different.
Idk but I’m sure it’s me because I get a puncture almost every race so I’m not sure lol
Awesome as always Brendon :), realy looking forward to this new season and how the new tire model will effect the racing.
Thank you!! Yeah this season will be crazy on the strats
bros actually the goat for this
But tyrewear doesnt have that big effect as it did last year, right? I easily drive constant laps with used medium (50% tyre wear or higher)

Is ABS overpowered in this game?
No its like any other game, just makes you slower.
Great video! 🙌🏽
Thank you! ❤️

What can I do?
If I hit the brake less powerfull i am Never gonna make the apexes…

Depends, if you’re losing the rear then move the brake bias 2% forward and hopefully this will bring more stability into the car
Great video again 😀
Thanks bud!
Enough of these videos and I’ll be racing you myself
Take my seat bud, I will bring you a ice cream between the qauli laps
