From your idea I found an induction charging motorbike phone mirror Mount. Wired directly to a 12v fuse accessory point. Leaving the stedi adapter for second phone. Phone locks in with no wobble.
Great video as always mate. Are you not using the evakool fridge anymore, I see it lurking on the self....? If you are, do you still rate it? Cheers in advance.
Both have their pros and cons, like how no power brick needed for eco flow and it's fast AC charge, like how Bluetti is flat topped and has wireless charge.. really just depends on your needs
Do i need to download the app to used this device? I've been reading the reviews and many people are having issues when they download the app and do the firmware update. If i have the river pro & the back up battery, could i used them without downloading the app?
@@VideoShowMeHow Thanks brochacho! I was hesitant to buy the extra battery because I've seem a bunch of reviews that says the problem started when they tried to connect the extra battery and did the firmware update. Cool cool!
Ah sorry mate, right will def incorporate into next test! 👍🙏 Tbh I was a little disappointed haha I wanted to see what would happen. I might find something that's a little less grindy, eg crack out the toaster or something
@@VideoShowMeHow Sink the grinder into some flatbar and lean on it, it'll trip out after a couple sec's - however agree with a more real world test, like a 1000/1200 Watt induction cooker ramped up till it trips, and a test of how long it will boil water for, running at a smidge under max capacity - or, how long it runs a hair-drier on low. yes, we all have a mate who has a partner who wants to pack the hairdrier...

Looks like a great system. I was looking at the 'Bluetti' systems - a bit cheaper than these and can add more batteries than just 1 extra.
just for standards, there is an ecoflow river ultra 2 coming out, dunno what the day of release will be, tho, i assume it would be good!

Yep still am for the bigger trips 👍 Still going strong
Powering Ego lawn equipment batteries.
Hi Adam, which do you prefer? The eco flow or the Bluetti? Cheers Jeff

If using a solar panel to charge do you need a regulator or does it have its own like a redarc bcdc?
Has its own, it has a build in MPPT regulator

Nah don't need to, works fine without.

They seem to be fairly active so if there's any firmware issues no doubt a fix is on the way. But yeah can just run 'regular' eg no app no probs :)
What should I get mate 2023 Mazda bt50 or Hilux?
Out of those 2, prob the BT, better value
Does it fit in the Stormod boxes?! Asking the important questions 😂
Haha depends on which box, the handle would need a snip if you wanted to squeeze in the over arch box
How do I hook up a solar panel to charge it?
Just need the mc4 to DC cable
The grinder was probably only drawing 350w due to it not being under load. Try grinding something and seeing what it draws
Good point, will incorporate into future tests
@@VideoShowMeHow . on your Bluetti EB55 review a month ago, I called out the same as @SHB113 - c'mon, we want to see how gracefully it trips out 😁

😂 See if I can sneak the hairdryer out for a test ;)
