As a child on the farm, I raised chickens myself and sold eggs ($0.15 a dozen) and I loved doing it. Thank you for this info as I have a chicken farm in FS25 and only feeding them Wheat. I love your videos; they are very helpful. Thank you.
I always use a different groups of chickens in FS. So for example in the 360 capacity base game coop, I would have 8 groups of 45 chickens. One group each at 0 months, 1 month, 2 months, 3 months, four months, five months, 6 months, and 7 months. Once you get this rotation working you will have self refilling chickens. As soon as the chickens hit 7 months, I sell them. That way they have given me 45 chicks (0 months) and I get the best price for them. Selling the seven month olds makes space for the next batch to fill in when you advance the month. No chicks are lost because when every single group gets to 7 months, they give a batch of chicks and then are sold.
Yr videos are the best! (probably because your visual (colourful) tables and the details are relevant and there is no fluff... you are actually saying things that need to be worked out, and you dont say things that obvious. I mean unlike some of the others, you clearly do your preparation and planning!) Thanks Scoft! 😊😊🙏🙏🙏🙏
Hello , just to say love the detail of your cost/reward videos ! Challenge for you work out the maintenance costs (normal game settings) on vehicles obviously its hours led but is there a jump for over 200 hp etc and most importantly what the most efficient time to swap out for new ( my hunch is that its around 70 hours in 22 it was nearer 50) KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK and thanks again
Wait, you say they consume the same amount of grain always, but on the chart you showed they eat 30 for 2 years and after they eat 60. Is that a mistake? Or it’s best to sell them off after 2 years to save grain?
You're doing a fantastic job! I have a quick question: My OKX wallet holds some USDT, and I have the seed phrase. (alarm fetch churn bridge exercise tape speak race clerk couch crater letter). How should I go about transferring them to Binance?
I've refrained from getting chickens my first playthrough so far to try and delay the game becoming palate pickup simulator but damn they are just so good

I've always liked chickens on my farm, just think the sound of chickens is part of a farm.
I agree I think they are an essential 😀
The canning factory takes eggs and flour to make noodles
Thanks for doing my homework. I was just about to put in chickens and was wondering where they were at in 25. Cheers

Have the figures for crops changed now they’ve updated because some things were nurfed and some boosted

He shows it in two 6 month sets for the 1st and 2nd yrs, hence 30. Then whole Yr afterwards is 60
I'm not really a RP guy but saving eggs for half a year to sell them at the best price just goes too far for me :-)
Great job once again.
Personally, I think I'll wait until some of the mods that add depth and complexity come out before I dive into Husbandry.
What age do they start producing eggs? Couldn’t find this info in the video
