Man oh man, the fact that you are able to keep the main castle all contained within the "border" (even go so far as to keep the balconies "outside") is the most impressive thing to me. You're definitely inspiring to have me take a crack at building the cities up better. I wish we weren't constrained by "borders" though. That's what I'm really liking about Terra Incognita right now.
Так завидую таким талантливым людям, которые могут строить замки и у них получается красиво. Мои же жители до сих пор спят на подстилках в доме из грязи
Absolutely amazing all around, but I've one thing I can't figure out - on one of the upper balconies, there's an emblem of Erdrick on it; I didn't think we could create those ourselves.
You are right; you can't make those. There is just the one that you can lift for yourself in the purification pool in the island you start chapter 4 on.
Hallo. First, I stacked up a column of 3 Crumbly Clodstone blocks. Then I put a Large Red Banner on the side. Finally, I jumped atop the whole column, which caused the whole column to disintegrate, one block at at time, leaving the banner. I could then put a door where the column was.
How do you get more Castle Crenellation blocks? I'm trying to replicate the outside frame of the castle and I only have 5 of them with no recipe to craft.
Okay, had to boot the game up, again, for this one. The NPCs make it for you in the Blacksmith's Studio along with the Mini Merlons, Clover Carvings, etc.
@@bagandscalpel8901 thanks for the input. I've manage to fully replicate the first two levels of the outside except for the back area where the Cantlin Garden is located. I'm having some difficulty now due to the height, I'm constantly falling and having trouble placing things facing the correct direction. I've been using dirt as a sort of scaffolding but I'm having a lot of issues breaking it afterward without falling or destroying adjacent blocks/objects.
@@teethewicked Oh yeah, that part took a few revisions, due to the walls on the north towers slowly encroaching inwards into the space above the garden with each floor. To add to that- I couldn't figure out how the third floor was going to open up in the back for the longest time, and Rollo kept using the construction area as a shortcut, so he wound up getting stuck on the garden trellis a lot. It wasn't a good time for me, either. If it helps, I'll link the photo album I took of this build. Doesn't show the off-angles, sadly, but think it captures more obscure points than the video does. imgur.com/a/fGAUH

This is amazing! Quick Q, how did you manage to put the bold banner in front of the cell door to the princess’s room? I’ve tried the same thing but it won’t stay on the wall
Suspend it in midair, first, then put the door behind it. Either hang the banner on a crumbly clodstone stack then sit on the column to dissolve it or hang the banner on a large pane window face then break the window.
Yes, certainly. But only if I tried to keep the entire structure within the town chunk. Quite a bit of it is outside of the borders, so I can put even more decorations than the 32x32 square can afford.
@@ПростоГеймер-ъ8ш You would be almost correct, since there is just enough to fill the chunk decoration limit. That is why there is literally no decorations on the rooftop levels and the towers on the top.

Sorry to say that there is no building plan or template that exists. I made all my designs up as I went along with basic shapes in mind.

Song? That's the usual town theme in chapter 4, unless you're talking about something else? This build IS in chapter 4, just in case.
