The failures, catastrophies and "near catastrophies" of the UDSSR armed forces are well known (despite all the efforts from the Soviet Union and today's Russia to influence history to their benefits) and surpass everything that other countries failed at.
She did however manage to go to sea repeatedly under her own power, and stay at sea without blowing up, running aground, or running into another vessel. That in the Soviet Navy makes her legendary.
Great story WoW team
Keep up
So are you expanding the game to take on Korean and Cold War vessels? I mean this is a Cold War sub that you have a vid about.
Amazing video. I absolutely love the way these videos are produced. Keep up the amazing work WG😁
When Subs will be available in the game?
when will the submarines arrive for world of warships blitz
?????
Man if Foxtrot class submarine were nuclear powered then the American would have never find them.
I think i saw a movie based on their story. Quite nice stuff, real footage of these submarines o7
Que pasa con los subtítulos en español? Ya de ningún vídeo hay :/
I know i'm an idiot I thought the torpedo launchers were drums XD
The legend 👍
I want Sean Connery as a commander.
Hey WoWs, could you do a video on the USS Nautilus and maybe add her as a tier X premium submarine?
Excellent, I really love it when you do historical reviews. I would love, if possible, to put subtitles in Spanish. Thank you.
Great and informative video, appreciate it
Why do we get these about Russian ships who did nothing or Russian paper ships which did not exist, when you could make one of Enterprise
Naval Legend? Is this a joke?
You can call it a Naval Legend base on Soviet standard... because if you put them on the world standard then they won't have any thing.
Edit: If they have to do Soviet ship, I will be more happy if they do an episode of Gangut or Sevastopol.... the ships that actually fought in WW2. Yes, their main job is fire support for army troops, but at least that's fighting.
their legend was it sailed away from a destroyer they werent at war with :)
Give Warspite pls
INS kursura same Submarine????
Interesting history lesson but not sure this qualifies as a naval legend, hopefully you will give up on the subs idea soon.
when can we play subs in wow???
Y'all should do the Georgios averof
1:00 is that Marko Ramius from Hunt for red octobre? :D
Everything is "dead reckoning"... sometimes helping send the world to nuclear armageddon can get heroic. It's sad to see sailors not knowing that they are only a few days away from world destruction and trying to make sense of what is going on.
OK, just let it be the premium sub in the game and you can farm more money. What a good idea WG!
Legendary slow AF
Excellent episode!!! Very entertaining and educational.
Little better than WW2 German tech! Diesel electric noisy magnetic anomaly craft!
How's it a legend though?
it existed and did not sink itself :D
aka legendary achievment for red navy :D
Wow. The comments here are so petty. People are hating on this simply because its Soviet / Russian. Always some excuse to hate on everything Russian. Just shows how toxic our "community" is really. You people do not have to watch this, you are free to search for something else instead (that which has been told a million times already).
Glad somebody said this, for someone interested in her history this video is very helpful. Nobody forced anyone to watch this, if you don't like video about soviet naval history go watch History Channel or something else.
At least play the game first before commenting on it.
@@GlaciaDay I do play the game. It does not take away from the fact that people are whining about this historical video just because its Soviet / Russian sub. Forgetting quickly WG has made lots of historical videos of all kind of ships (and tanks) from different countries. As a fan of history i like them all.
CloneD Anon There’s nothing wrong with the videos themselves and the effort wargaming put into these. Also wargaming had done a lot of work to restore tanks and ships during these years, huge respect for that. But people are angry because they tend to ignore the historical fact to please the russian community. So do the Bias Russian powercreeps in the game.
close your eyes then think of rambo talking to you
Nuke tops would have 1m max dmg and 1 hit everything
Is that a CG voiced narrator? o.O
I smell a premium
Do the Typhoon classssssss
Sending a submariner dude on a "Foxtrot" class soviet sub, blind into the middle of the Cuban Missile Crisis, is pretty note worthy. Interviewing a crew member of Sub B-413, who participated in the historical event, sharing his perspective of it all, is even cooler. Sub B-413 might not be all that legendary as other historical boats, but that is probably a good thing when nukes are involved in one of the biggest Cold War events in history.
Any spanish watching?
Yes, but actually no.
Is War Gaming going to add the nuclear torpedos?
Just count yourselves lucky they don't add 53-65K torpedoes
No specs music?
Lo que ase @World of Warship para juegess con ganas
We dont evan have submarine in de game add it please
Imagine a world where Russia wasn't run by jerks and madmen...
Ah yes a noisy Foxtrot. Have killed plenty of those in Cold Waters.
so noisy that you almost hear it when it leaves port....
Still waiting
for Subs
yeah im waiting to bro
A beauty
Next Russia submarines line will arm with nuclear torpedo all tiers.
The question is, when will submarine added to the game?
Never hopefully
Expecting Soviet submarines to have faster torps, longer ranged torps, better HP, enhanced detectability, etc etc etc.. all balanced by erm lets see, oh it takes 0.05 seconds longer to submerge.
I love how Americans cannot tolerate a video that's not about them or who they consider relevant, even after dozens of episodes of naval legends about them.
*its Not Kaliningrad, its KÖNIGSBERG!*
No hate its 100% joke lol
