Hey Friends! We're at Apex Entertainment Arcade In Syracuse, NY at Destiny USA and we're playing the Willy Wonka coin pusher! But this isn't any old coin pusher video ... this time the Willy Wonka coin pusher malfunctioned and we were able to win a TON of tickets and more golden tickets to turn in! The golden tickets on this machine started to come out of the top card drop station which isn't supposed to happen! They are only supposed to dispense from the side after the bonus wheel lands on the golden ticket space. So sit back, relax, and enjoy us winning big from this malfunctioning Willy Wonka coin pusher machine at the arcade!

You really should organize sets before putting them into the machine, our you wouldn’t have missed a normal card 3 times xD
But I guess then this really interesting video (I can’t believe I’ve again watched one hour of coin pushers)
But what I’m interested in - I’m from Austria, and we don’t have ticket (or any other) arcades here, but I’m going to Orlando this summer for 2 weeks and definitely plan to visit the one or other arcade - how much do 1000 coins cost on the average, without long time visitor discounts and things like that. The websites of the arcades don’t really help there... thanks!
You're right ... if we did a better job organizing our cards we WOULD have won more tickets ... but sometimes we just lose ourselves in the excitement! Ummm It's hard to say ... if you're going to Dave & Buster's in Orlando ... and you went on a wednesday ... 1000 coins would be roughly $50. There are ways you could lessen the price, but that would involve using coupons that as you said, you might not have. Other then that ... depending on the arcade you play at ... the prices can vary sporadically. But it would be safe to assume, that trying to do 1000 plays will end up costing you on average $50-60 anywhere you go.

1,000 plays on a half priced day is probably around $20 I would presume? Their prices aren't super clear ... I haven't "crunched" the numbers yet.

This is 5 swipes gets your 75 plays. I haven't figured out the math on these machines yet at Apex. People keep asking ... so I definitely need to do that!

There are no chairs at Apex :( But we did sit down for a bit. And we got a GIANT Pretzel that we featured in one of our last videos ... that was the great snack!
You need to look at the screen when feeding those cards in. This video and the one before it both had a card error pop on screen. That could have cost you another 1000 ticket bonus.
Amanda Kelley we usually do. And when the error pops up on the screen, it pops the card back out of the machine so we can try that same card again.

There was probably a lot of Golden tickets on the other sides too since doesn't the top part spin around and shoot out to all of them?
This machine, the center part doesn't spin around. It stays stationary for the side that you're playing on. It's different than the star trek or wizard of oz which does that :)

Has anyone made a video on the economics behind these games? What I'm asking is you got roughly 15000 tickets from this session, with cards and coin drops. What did the session cost, and what prize(s) can be redeemed for 15000 tickets?
I know at my local D&B, the holy grail items are the $300 video game systems, that cost 100000 tickets. On half price Wednesdays, I can load 250 chips on my card for $40, and get roughly 750 plays on Wizard of Oz with that, and can earn anywhere from 7500-10000 tickets depending on Toto. So it takes me anywhere from 10-15 $40 sessions to get a game system. It's a loss in the end.
Is there any way to exploit any of these games to make it closer to a break even/win? Zombie tower of tickets earned me 4000 the other day on 5 swipes of 3.5 chips. ($3 or so) Huge win there. Just trying to figure it all out.

you are to loud if you keep like this managment will come. I had this happened my girlfriend and I was playing and we got 6 golden tickets in a row and she was loud and they shut the machine down to reshuffle the tickets
