Hey friends! Today we're at Apex Entertainment Arcade in Syracuse, NY at Destiny USA. We found a "broken" willy wonka coin pusher machine that was spewing out golden tickets! We think that they forgot to change the settings on the machine, so every 6 or 7 spins, the coin pusher was giving us a golden ticket! Usually they are very rare, but not today! We won soooooo many tickets and soooo many cards! So sit back, relax, and enjoy as we win big from the willy wonka coin pusher!

A little trade secret of the arcade business. When a machine is underperforming, it's quite common to see the machine set at an easier setting (higher payout) on a busy day. Having people see someone constantly win on the machine is a good way to get others to play it. It's even better when it's a multi-unit like the one you are playing, since each side has it's own difficulty settings. They just change the settings on one, while the others remain at the more difficult level.

I loved everything till you put all the cards in at the end. Always and I mean always keep the odd cards out to combine into sets the next time in. Just think how many bonus sets you missed out on getting to where you are now. Keep having fun :)

Was in Syracuse for the state fair in August, I will have to check out this arcade on our next visit. My kids and I love the coin pushers games. Nice score finding the glitchy one!
Yeah! Apex is really cool :) I think you’ll love it! They’re a friendly staff too! They have fixed the glitchy machine haha but they been living our videos too. You’ll have to let us know what you think about it if you go :)!

I would have completed the rest of the sets if the cars were already out on the current play field you were playing on or on other sides of the game.
Yeah ... we just didn’t want to keep playing ... and we’re never sure when we’ll end up going back to the arcade.
Fair enough. I have some sponge bob cards from a Dave and Busters in Arizona. Was trying to get the set but never did and now I live in Florida. Wish I had just traded them for tickets at the time.

I would have went and got 6 or 7 more golden tickets and then plus the other cards it would have easily been the 4000 needed for the switch.

Coin pushers are expensive to play, especially when you rapid fire the whole time lol. BUT to get those golden tickets is probably worth it.
Average price on Ebay is $8 a ticket.
They are rich and don't care. They make money off their TH-cam channel

Hahaha a while back I decided that I would take the audience into an Ad break so they knew what to expect lol. There have been times when I've said, "We'll be back right after this ad" - cue the ad. That might be the case at Dave & Buster's but this isn't D&B. This was at Apex Entertainment Arcade, so the values are different. But typically for a common set of cards at Star Trek or Wizard of Oz, 2,000 is the amount at D&B I think! Thanks for watching :)
Yea its 2500 at d&b but the final card is hard to get there's only so many of the 8th card it gives out per day u have to get all 8 cards

Yeah ... we could have kept the extras, but we had so many cards and we were close to getting that Nintendo switch. We also didn’t know when we’d be back to play the machine again, so figured we’d just redeem them all.
@@TheArcadeCouple I get ya. I used to cash in my Star Trek extras. I just save them now. Of course, I usually get about 100k tickets a week at Dave and Buster's, so I can afford to hold onto them. I'm never waiting for enough tickets for prizes. Usually my problem is having more tickets and merch than I can resell.
