There's a tensioner screw on the claw that either makes it weak or strong. It's very rare that you find a strong claw. Most of the time it's like this where you can barely pick up a bill.

I used to work at a very large place at a mall that is a large tourist attraction and there were many Arcade like games that were privately owned! The game owners were also allowed in after hours as long as management was there to take care of their machines & the money in the machines. To me it looks like this guy owns the machine!!

It's so obvious it's your own machine. It's not even in the actual arcade with the rest of the machines PLUS you added the rubber grippers on the end of the claw to enhance the win chances.
I would actually be EXTREMELY impressed if you went into an actual arcade and pulled this off on a "normal" prize Palace 🏆😉

The time I got lucky and picked up a stack
Instead of being dead center on the stack I offset it. So the claws have to push the stack and if you can get it to flip up on its side and the claw can pick it up easier... may or may not work on this machine
