You should check out Tsubaratsubara which is a soup curry place in Niseko, just down the road from the NAC adventure centre heading towards Kutchan. Trust, the soup curry is awesome!
Yeah, nailed it. You must have been to Hirafu a number of times, no way you could have found all these places on your first trip. Although I did find Okonomiyaki on my first trip in 2006.
