I'll answer Barbara's last question - because Mariah felt intensely abandoned and unloved as a child, hence she developed bi polar disorder, which she was diagnosed with just months before this interview.
Bipolar can be caused by a multitude of things. It can be hereditary, from trauma and also Mariah, astrologically, is a Cancer moon, which astrologists say causes bipolar, as well.
Neither the black dress she showed up to the interview in nor the blue dress when she's around all the soldiers was revealing. These interviewers were so shady
I m glad she get back on her feet so fast after the meltdown, clearing rumour that she attempt suicide. the success of TEOM in 2005 is came from all these damage control she work so hard for it.
Barbara Walters is such a great interviewer. I love how she cross-examined Mariah's answer on her interest about abandoned kids at the end. MC quite evaded answering on a personal note and just went for a politically correct answer, but it was a nice moment they had there.
If you’re a View watcher you know Barbara hates when people cancel interviews and she holds grudges, that’s why she was so passive aggressive towards Mariah!
This was 2002. Barbera did Mariah had the break down last fall. It this was 2001 then that would mean she had her break down in fall of 2000 and she didn’t. She had her break down in the summer of 2001 before glitter dropped. So this has to be 2002.
