Right! I’ve avoided watching it for awhile because I knew it would call for me to give up some things
I’ve hit the level in my life where I’m mentally DRAINED from being everyone’s go-to. Not knowing how to say no and always unconsciously trying to please others has caused me to loose myself in the process. Because I don’t know how to take care of me.
I’m taking my PEACE back! 🙌🏽
Having peace is liberating. Peace is freedom. Peace is what keeps me going even when i don't want to. I go to bed in peace and wake up in it. When my eyes open I tell the Divine, "Thank you". ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
I have crawled through the muddy trenches of my baggage and come out the other side pristine and at peace. It has taken 4 yrs and being celibate was an incremental ingredient. So was meditation and journaling. I wish you all peace and love and thank you Lisa Marie for being the conductor of this soothing space 🦋.

I had a dream I was crawling threw muddy trenches. This was also the first time I heard a sample of amazing grace. I still haven't found the version I heard in the dream, but when I googled amazing grace and I read the lyrics, something changed in me. A couple of years later I finally got it. Peace truly is priceless after much toil and suffering
I love my own space. I like doing things on my own. I’m at peace with my life and I remove my life from chaos. I learn to not to react to things I can’t control anymore

I first came across your page on tictic 2022. Your voice is so peaceful and most of your topics I could resignated with. After 30 years I'm currently going thru a divorce. My young men are older & discovering their lives. I'm moving out of the home I lived in for 23 years. Grew up in a toxic family. At my "big Self age fifties," learning to let go & trying to find peace. I know that my road may be long, but I deserve it to myself to now POUR ALL THAT LOVING INTO MYSELF ❤. Note: I now follow you on youTube & down load your dialog on PodCast and listen to it most of the time while driving.
I am never too old to learn. Your experience, wisdom & the peacefulness in your tone are like popping a sweet grape in your mouth & telling yourself, "That one was a good one & can't wait to taste the next!💜

The first time ....that first day that I felt true peace I was sitting in traffic and I heard someone say.........we are all in this together ......and.....it was literally like shackles being unlocked .......peace is the most delicious taste I've ever experienced
When you have PEACE you have EVERYTHING! I firmly believe that PEACE IS HAPPINESS, JOY, WEALTH! The unpacking in which you speak sis…. Is sooo VALID, so NECESSARY for us all! Letting go of the stuff that no longer serves us is imperative for healing! I appreciate the knowledge and talks you are providing in this space! I am looking forward to it!

Thank u thank u thank u. We can not change anyone. We can choose to stay for a season or lifetime or move on. As a child and young person I loved meeting people and I love hard. I'm in my early 40ties and I have been isolating for the past year. I have encouraged distance between myself and every unworthy disrespectful meaningless encounter. I treasure truth and honesty and peace. I am comfortable in saying No thank you. I enjoy my own company and good cup of tea. I prefer nature and music that is not suggestive. I am a work in progress. And your talks and guidance and truth and honesty and realness is a breath of fresh air. No one wants to have the difficult conversations. The ones where we have to take a long hard look at ourselves and realise that we are willing participants in our own hurts and continued abuse. ❤

My journey has been realising what a privilege it is for people to have access to my energy...doing this has not always gone smoothly; people have basically violated my boundries to fill the gap of the distance i created.This only made me more determined to draw the line...My peace has come from teaching people how to treat me...if they cant respect it; then I'm not putting myself in their pressance anymore.
