You cannot reset password if you don't know the original password. Otherwise thieves can hack into your phone without know your password

NOTA: toca encendido y volumen arriba para acceder a la bios y reestablecerlo de facvriba otra pagina dice que es encendido mas tecla abajo 10 seg para acceder.. ((no me funciono tampoco en mi caso sony z3 )
