Thanks Ben! I grew up in Fort Collins and appreciate you giving it the attention it deserves! I attribute my love of bikes to the amazing bike community there. I grew up spending most of the summer days biking around town. Hope to make it back there for the Foco Fondo sometime soon!
Headed back to Foco again this year. My teenage son and I did the 60 mile last year and my wife volunteered handing out cold wet towels at the finish. Then last October, ran into the Allisons on a shakeout ride before Big Sugar. Told them we did Foco and we really enjoyed it. They are doing an excellent job and it doesnt hurt that Ft Collins riding is amazing.
Thanks so much, Ben, for being our tour guide with these. Now if you'll be so kind as to drive the Scenicruiser here to Pennsylvania so your rowdy fans can get to the start and enjoy the ride. 😀
@@TheRidewithBenDelaney O that's great to hear, Ben, and I know my imagination runs wild but a bus full of crazies from here in the East sounds like a fun road trip, not that it would ever happen but still. And just last week I had lunch with a semi-retired friend who's living van life and traveling west right now. And she's a cyclist but hadn't heard about gravel events and now it seems she wants to give it a go and I have sent her links to your vids. 😀
Your Gravel Travel videos just keep getting better Ben. Spirit of Gravel right there. This event preview format is excellent. Looking forward to more. Cheers. …how’s the Scarab riding?
Totally random thing we stumbled upon while riding. Whitney was not stoked on the idea of sitting on trash, but she graciously played along with my dumb idea.
Nice race but maybe stop fucking promoting alcohol, especially together with sports! Drugs and sports are 2 opposite things and the image of alcohol should not be enhanced by healthy sports
The event venue and title sponsor is a brewery with a long, strong history of bikes. There is no obligation for riders to drink and we put tremendous care with support from New Belgium to offer plenty (and varied) N/A beverages for riders of all preferences.

Fort Fun is a good place to be a drinker. Wasn't riding as much as I was hashing when I lived in the area so missed the gravel
Best gravel event in CO. Sad to miss it this year!
Unacceptable.
😀
I’m signed up for the 60. Heard about it through your video last year. It’s my first real gravel event. Just riding. Not racing!
Ah, sweet! Plenty of folks riding/not racing it. See you up there.
Heck yeah! Fondo was my first ride/race and couldn’t have had a better time. Really ideal and fun environment to dip your toes into the gravel scene.
Great video. Would love to see and hear about more grassroots events.

thank you 🥺
Looking forward to the 118! Zack and Whit are building such an awesome community up here.
Thanks for being an essential part!
great work, ben & team! stoked for this.
Coming off Silver Rush 50 earlier in July, I think FoCo Fondo might be a nice way to finish off a big month. :D
Ben - I really enjoy your videos, you should have more followers
Thanks. Tell your friends!
Great race and a great time!!!

The Allisons do have shuttles from DIA…

Amazing video, it should have been sponsored by the local Tourist info, this is a great add for them
Maybe I should send them an invoice and see what happens! 😁

There were SO MANY water bottles lying on the ground through the descent after one tree hill last year.
Was that couch that was dumped out there and just happened to be there so you could sit on 0:44?

@@TheRidewithBenDelaney Where was that couch?! I ride out there every weekend, I did see a TV though...could complete the "Gravel Living Room!"
@@GhostTrainPhoto just before the bacon strip!
I love that I live in the same town as Ben!
I'll see you until you split off!
Signed up for the non-binary....just for the extra time!
Non-binary?!
Yes.
If you mean on and off road... I think that might be Bi. ;=)
😂 I didn't wanna ask, I might be too old already.
california fire roads are better.
Debatably, but those roads are infested with…Californians!
Both are great. This course really shines on event day with groups of riders.

Thank you New Belgium for being such a great sponsor!
