Good video, I like the music for this video. I think you can keep the music at a steady low volume. The house didn't pop as well as some of the 1 million dollar houses you have done. It is an individual taste thing. What I would do different at this price point: I would want the high end appliances like Wolf, pocket doors, high end cabinets with one touch open/soft close, high gloss large tiles, oversize garage (the one facing street looks not so wide), and rainfall shower heads. Rather have a tray ceiling with recessed lighting than that design on the ceiling. I might screen in the pool. Be nice to have automated shades. The lot and landscaping was dreamy. Like I said, I think some of the 1 million dollar homes you have done in Boca/West Palm were better. The driveway was very nice. With 5 million I could be on the water as well.

I am happy you like the videos because I know they are not the best quality... Yes we are in a seller market, we have a lot of people moving to Florida creating high demand and low inventory. This driving up the prices on homes. If you really want to buy you should do so but you will be paying what the home is worth or slightly more but it will be worth it if you really love the home.

I saw the same model in another channel for $3.5m
They might have not included the upgrades. Before the model was sold the community said the house plus the upgrades plus the pool and everything done in the backyard would be worth 5 million.

What percent of the population in Boca Raton can afford to buy this five million dollars house? It looks like our money in the bank is being squandered in loans that can never be repaid. No doubt that's why banks get bailed out and classified as"too big to fail." Sounds like they are on methadone and can't get enough of it as our money in the bank becomes more and more worthless. What happens when it becomes nothing more than confetti paper, will this house plunge to zero in value and riots explode everywhere?
you should be more thorough with your walk through , i tough the pantry was small but saw on another channel that review the house the cabinet door actually opens up to a fully integrated Pantry , they just made the door look like the cabinet , please dont miss out on these details!
