That’s great calculation, but this Boca Raton a new community surrounded but already exciting luxury community. In addition there is not a lot of builders doing ceilings this high. Actually these are being professional appraised for higher than they are selling them. Sales are great because the community is almost sold out.

@@SonyaLopezRealtor thanks for the information looking back I realize that I under estimate the price pretty low where I live for 1.3 million you won’t get that house size for that price . I’ll seats are extremely expensive and for at 2100 ft.² house we pay over $1 million. that house is beautiful I like everything about it except for the kitchen. I noticed that in Florida they give you a lot of shower for the master suite I guess it’s better as you get older.

Beautiful home and development . What is the starting price in this community and which do you like better between this , Boca Bridges and Boca Lotus . Which is also cheaper of the 3 communities? Thank you .
The low priced home in this community is $1,218,000. As far as luxury this development is closely compared to Boca Bridges based on prices and what they have to offer. I prefer this community but they will be sold out in about 6 mts so I would also recommend Boca Bridges they have beautiful options.
