@@khursheedtuli5931 Sorak is a curry made when you have no sea food or vegetables to add to a curry, Khursheed. It is traditionally enjoyed with plain white rice and is a very tasty curry even though it has nothing added to it. And this much relished dish of rice and curry is called xit - kodi.

It always gives me an awesome feeling to watch your recipes Ma’am…actually I wait for them. I have tried many of them at home. I have visited Goa several times, stayed different places. In the month of June we were in Calnguate. But it was a job to find a good restaurant where we can find authentic goan food. Now as you know, Goa is filled with Punjbis, Udapi and Gujrati/ Sindhi restaurant s. The authenticity of food is evaporating gradually. But thanks to you, because of your recipes we can enjoy original goan food. Though in North India we do not get all those fish and good pork we get in Goa, but at least we get little taste of Goa because of you. We ❤ Goa…we ❤ Your channel.
