This is the main/trailer theme for Ex Astris, Hypergryph/Gryphline's brand new singleplayer rpg. There is a version of this song fully in "Alindish" which is the language of the game, it's called Ottobesser. My faves from the OST have to be Coxswain & Survive the Wilderness.
This song is so good. It was the main theme/trailer's theme but also apparently is also a song in game that gets played to you. It was amazing. I loved playing this game. And the video animation that came with the short version was great as well. So Idk if you want to react to that as well or not? I think most dont recommend this because its a game that released with a couple issues and also costed money to play (on mobile) so most were turned off by that but is one of the most bought games on the google play store atm and one of the best imo
I want you to react to “Ottobesser” which is Allindish* version of Ordorbis and the PV too. * “Allindish” is a fictional language of Ex Astris and It’s not low level made up language like change alphabet of some language but it’s whole new pronunciation, grammar, word and alphabet. Allindish alphabet will appear in launch PV too.
I listened to the whole ex astris soundtrack and there's a bunch of bangers they even got fuckin Jesper Kyd on there and I adored those pieces, love his recent work in warhammer and now ex astris
Lam and Astero's boss themes are pretty good if you wana listen to them. If im not crazy, lam's themes are sorta inspired by ordorbis. Each theme is only around 2:30 mins long, so ig you could have a vid for each character instead of 5 total. Anyways, thier titles are The Navigator and The Voyage of the Dauntless for Lam. We Rise with the Sun, Burning Sky, and Reel of UtuVvan for astero.
A lot of the Ex Astris soudtrack is very ambient bgm, so not sure they would be the greatest to react to. But there are definitely a few in there you could do (none that I know the names of off the top of my head. I'm still working my way through the soundtrack myself.)
Since you mentioned Casey Lee Williams, you may be interested to hear they did a song for Arknights called "Come to Light". Would love to hear your thoughts on that song. Though I actually don't know how that would fair with copyright? Maybe you could do a timer reaction where for the listen-through you could pop a timer on screen so we can sync up the audio to listen to alongside the reaction, followed by your usual analysis/thoughts. I honestly think that's the better general reaction format anyways, since it encourages the viewer to seek out and actually listen to the source.
Oh of course i do, but I watched the FUCK outta Frieren so I can't react to it at this point. Though I do plan to touch on the upcoming anime season OPs so if a specific one releases and you want me to listen, say so in a comment. I read everything 👁️👄👁️
