  • In this episode, I want to delve into the challenge we all face in making sustainable changes in our lives. It's something I've grappled with personally, and I've learned that the key is to start small and stay consistent. I'll share some personal insights from a recent well-being challenge I embarked on, where I focused on increasing my daily walking steps. Through this experience, I'll show how making small adjustments and staying committed to consistency can yield significant results over time. Join me as we explore the power of incremental change and the journey toward lasting improvement.

This is great for me. I stopped smoking yesterday and want to get fit and healthy. Thank you very much for making this. I appreciate it and am sending love, peace, happiness and blessings of abundance right back at you. Taking it one day, one breath at a time, the way it is given.

I will walk in my smoko break. Putting my salad in a wrap will make this very easy to do

The small, sustainable habitat I am creating is to spend 10 minutes in mindful contemplation every morning followed immediately (since I m sitting still anyway which is a big challenge for me)by journaling during which time I take a moment to write about what I did the day before to move myself towards my goals using the six LM pillars as touchstones.
