INGREDIENTS(18cm pan)
-Bread Dough-
・200g Bread Flour
・15g Matcha Powder
・15g Sugar
・2g Salt
・3g Dry Yeast
・155-160g Milk (bring at room temp.)
・15g Unsalted Butter
・40g- Chocolate Chips(as many as you want)
・Bread Flour for Topping
材料 (18cm 丸スキレット)
-パン生地-
・強力粉 200g
・抹茶 15g
・砂糖 15g
・塩 2g
・ドライイースト 3g
・牛乳 155−160g(室温に戻したもの)
・無塩バター 15g
--トッピング--
・チョコチップ 40g〜(適用お好みで)
・強力粉 適量
1st rise for 40 min 〜 until doubled
2nd rise for 20min 〜 until doubled
(Recommend 30-40℃ /// room temperature is fine but will take longer)
Bake for 18min ~ at 140℃/284°F preheated oven.
1次発酵 40分〜 約2倍になるまで
2次発酵 20分〜 ひとまわり大きくなるまで
(発酵は30度〜40度が適しています/室温の場合発酵時間は記載時間よりも長くなります^^)
140℃に予熱したオーブンで18分〜♩

This is a wonderful recipe I cant wait to try it out! I was wondering if you could stuff the bread with blueberry/strawberry compote?
I used to use ganache chocolate for filling is better. You try it!
If add Azuki beans should taste good too!
Made it, but instead of milk I used white tea with strawberry and aloe flavour, turned out delicious!

if you want to let the dough sit for 24 hrs, you need to put the dough in the fridge;)))
I tried this but bitter because matcha and turn not the same color as this video🤦♀️🤦♀️
I follow exactly like this recipe.
I'm not sure about the bitterness but as for the colour your matcha might not have been a high quality one. Matcha that is more brown or dull tends to be lower quality
