    I was just going to say that this is something I'd pour over rice (which I often do) .. I love cabbage. I'm the original cabbage patch kid.😊 You folks in Japan sure do have huge heads of cabbage over there .. I thought they grew large in The Netherlands. Mmmm good.

      Over udon noodles would be good too 🤤. This was unusually huge head !

    I like the black pot you are using. Is it cast iron? A special Japanese type of crockery?

    Is the Chinese soup stock something specific or is it the same a regular torigara?
