    Ah brother love this fitness plan! I see a lot of burpees! Loaded march I have not done those in so long lol. They use to kick my ass in the military the long ones.

    My problem is my weight. Been running a lot but definitely need to sort diet.

    Thankyou once again brother I appreciate all the help! I’ve currently been doing lots on the plan already from looking at previous videos but I can use this as a great base and switch it up slightly for me to keep pushing.

      I have a couple of months left then I am posted. The boxing gym no longer exists and it’s a physio gym now. I was a bit annoyed but it’s all getting set up in the main gym eventually.

    I have assessment in 8 weeks. So this is something what I was looking for lol. To be honest i feel like I could start at week 3 but what would you suggest? Just about to go and test my 2k run as I done my msft yesterday.

      Sorry to bother you on the weekend. I just have a question. Is it 20lb weighted for the 3 miler? Plus what is the maximum time limit?

      @@tonywilliams6944 the 3 miler on my fitness plan, is whatever weight you feel comfortable with in whatever time you can push yourself too. It’s all about getting faster and stronger and making those marginal gains the second time you do it.

    If I'm training my running should I run every day or will I just injure myself? I want to be prepared as soon as I can so I can stop stressing about it 🤣

      Don’t run every day. Change between working out and different types of running. The 6 week programme on here will sort you out
