Do you have a video on removing the diff assembly? I just put together a second M78 centre for my wagon (took me three fucking diffs to achieve as the first two are fucked 😅) and now I'm wondering if I can change the centre without taking the whole diff out or not.

I do sorta man, mine was on the ground because I was reshelling the og wagon but it shows the removal of the centre, you'll need to partially pull both axles and free it up, then the 4 bolts holding the centre in after you remove the face plate remembering where your shims go. Basically a full mini spool install video.

The link should work in youtube comments but I'm not sure, if it doesn't, look up locking an r31 diff the right way on my channel and you should go right to it.
Sometimes different centres don't fit right with lash and such going into a different housing but I have had success before, just check for binding or excessive play in the assembly once together.
You can definitely pull the centre without removing the whole housing, just be ready to catch the dog when you pull the retaining caps and lever it out
