Thank you for interview! Looks awesome! Don’t like the transmission change but everything else looks great. They engineers and marketing are between rock and a hard place… trying to compete in midsize market by cutting costs and repurposing parts from other models! As long as Ford can figure out how to get reliability on part with comparable models they will be in good shape!

I'm reading conflicting information regarding the 2024 Ranger's transmission. Many reports are saying it uses the same 10R80 transmission as the previous model year, yet this video has the engineer stating the 2024 Ranger uses the 10R60 transmission across the board. What's the true answer?

What about the 2” lift / leveling kit ? So those 2023 GMC Canyons are not looking down on us.

I don't get the 10r60 answer. My 2020 ranger has the 10r80 and according to ford it weights slightly less than the 2024. While with the same engine... Maybe it's fuel economy...
