How To Fix A Redmi Note 9 Stuck On A Black Screen Of Death

Hey guys, welcome to Pinoy Tech Tips.
In this guide, we will show you how to fix a Redmi Note 9 that is stuck on a black screen of death and won’t respond.
When a smartphone gets stuck on a black screen and won’t turn on, the problem can just be a minor firmware issue, as long as it’s not caused by hardware damage. In fact, you may only need to do one or a couple of procedures to fix this. With that being said, here’s what you should do:
First solution: Force reboot your Redmi Note 9
Second solution: Try to boot into the Recovery Mode
Third solution: Charge your phone and do the Forced restart

My new Redmi white screens as well as black screens. It freezes a lot when I attempt to go to a website, but not everytime. It is so annoying and to be honest shouldn't have these issues at all. I am thinking of sending it back to the retailer to have it looked at or replaced with a different phone.

Thank you, worked on the first try. Sometimes it gets stuck on the camera, or when I open a page on google. I clean my cache, I don't save many picture or even apps, and I always get angry as to why I can't take a normal picture because it gets stuck on a black screen :(

I tried the second solution and it seems to have worked. The phone did not boot but it is at least showing the charging symbol now. I am hopeful.

Forced restart works...the question is why its happening. It happened to me during the night and alarm didnt go on, which is very important for me. It happened to me maybe half a year ago and also today, so im not sure if you can solve this by installing other firmware
