My point is Mr Zia was punished for secretly completing Pakistan’s nuclear bomb and after defeating the Soviets in Afghanistan had his eyes firmly set on reuniting Muslim ummah and sending the Taliban to IOK. Mr Zia simply had to be stopped the likes of USA, Israel, U.K. Russia and even Iran could not tolerate a man who was not their “yes man” and took great pride in being Muslim and Pakistani.
