I was in Selma not to long ago and I saw the intermodal Amtrak and intermodal csx but one place I need to railfan is thomasville but before I go there railgh first

Freight doesn't run through Raleigh much do it?

Not as much freight as 38 years ago. NS 350/351 and CSX L619/L620 are the only road freights through Raleigh today. The other jobs around Raleigh are locals.
