A little off topic but something I'd love for you all to do with holiday baking on the horizon. I've really noticed that some "accidentally vegan" chocolate chips are pretty terrible (O Organics). Some are pretty terrific (Trader Joe's, Sprouts) and some are just crazy expensive (Enjoy Life) It would be so cool to see you do a blind taste test with the chips on their own. If you're feeling really adventurous, maybe in cookies as well. Just a thought and hey, an excuse to eat some chocolate!

I have health problems that I have had flare up long before going vegan 3 years ago, and so for my mental health it is important I eat fats proteins and calories. I have no clue how to cook these foods, so seeing you all eat balanced helps me. You are all positive role models for me with the way you eat. My medicine works but only with food, and if I flare up again I will have to go back to the hospital yet again. Also, my boyfriend is Mexican and one day I want to be his wife so seeing someone cool these meals is so nice. It feels like home to me in away. Anyway, I love you all. Please take care ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

My main importance for food is if I choke or not because I relapse every 2 to 6 months and grabbing a drink on hand and weither or not I emotionally eat or not

Hi!! It’s Nisha! This is a great question: bhaji refers to fried, battered snacks and pakora is specifically these gram flour, veggie fritters 😊
