I told her that I hadn't noticed and she was just as hot as ever. I also explained that despite working in a male-dominated industry (construction), I have never-not once-heard any straight man say he likes skinny women. But the number of guys I've heard say they like curves? I can't count that high. It made not an iota of difference to her; she wants to be slim because the women she works with are younger and thinner.

I worked in the wedding business for years and this is spot on. The moment the wedding ended women would burst into tears. They get hit with a $50-$100,000 bill for these weddings and it’s all over their whole life for a year or two before the wedding is about the wedding, they spent five minutes worrying about how to make a great marriage. And then guess who has to clean up the mess once it’s all over and she’s all depressed because she’s no longer the main character weddings are such a massive scam.

She gave up on our marriage and her business. Now she’s working back at her old job.

Here’s my analogy. Women are like pot. When you have pot you smoke pot. When you are a regular smoker and you run out or can’t smoke the first few days are not at all pleasant and you can’t sleep for shit. After about a week you get used to it, you get good sleep, and you start to feel better. As time goes by it becomes no big deal. Women are the same way. After a few months without sex you get used to it and you really don’t care (this, of course, is different for young men who exist in a hyper-testosterone state).

Sara, this is by far the best arc story of most modern women’s lives I have EVER seen…..EVER!
The devastating truth is accountability is to a woman what kryptonite is to superman. The vast majority of women can’t stand videos like this one from Sara even though it literally lays out the brutal truth as to why they struggle with men, dating and relationships so much.
Perhaps most devastating part for me as a man watching this video….it undermines if not shatters any faith and confidence I have in women’s ability to make SMART, RATIONAL AND RESPONSIBLE decisions.
If your feelings dominate you and reason & personal responsibility ALWAYS take a back seat when making decisions….EVERY SINGLE TIME!?! That’s a recipe for a life of disaster!!
My father always reminded me…SON, ALWAYS, ALWAYS ENSURE YOU HAVE AND DISPLAY EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE. It’s a lesson that’s ALWAYS served me well.
In my humble opinion, most of today’s modern women refuse to humble themselves, be self aware and self reflect in order to self improve. This is why it would appear they lead a life cycle of continuous upsets, failures and disappointments.
We men LIVE AND UNDERSTAND Sara’s video and it’s why we’re increasingly just checking out, have already checked out and are now just keeping to ourselves living our best lives.
Sara…this video of yours deserves to go viral!! Great job! Gland slam home run!!

@ I failed to declare a couple of things. First, I am a man and second, I agree with what you stated.
I will have to word things more carefully in the future. What I meant to say was that those who are obsessive when it comes to validation from others those who were often emotionally neglected in childhood tend to be the ones that exhibit this behavior. Being around someone like this can be and is often exhausting. More than a few parents distance themselves emotionally from their children in a bid to promote a sense of independence early on (which I personally consider to be putting the cart before the horse), leaving a void that the children try to fill throughout their lives. One example is when they expect a romantic partner to provide that which the parents had to provide _through a stable parent-child relationship_ in the first place. It is possible to overcome this, but it is by no means easy to do, since it's essentially a process of reprogramming the body and brain to behave differently in one's environment. Everyone else is able to strike a balance.
