Secluded? That section of the Torrens is probably the most well known and gets hammered on a weekly basis. It was better 20 years ago before all the crash barriers went up and there were more car parks to choose from😊
Mate my parents used to take me there as a kid, both them are gone now and id like to go back there i had fond memories of a swing that used to go out over the water too , long ago when there was no guard rails. Id really like to know where the location is 😓
Good vid man 👍🏼 Trout will spook stupid easy, if you can see em they've almost certainly seen you (in most cases)... There are some huge ones lurking in the snaggiest of whirlpools, just be gentle with em, wet ya hands before handling them and they'll hold up with a quick release. Also that cocoon you guys found is from a Rain Moth I believe 👍🏼.
haha mad sesh spot, good vid bro
Fr cheers mate

Absolutely legend cheers mate haven’t caught a fresh water trout yet would love to, what lures should I be using for them?
@@LeoHutch I've had luck using tiny Berkley power bait fantail shrimp 2" size in Houdini, cappuccino and camo colours. With the smallest jig head. 👍🏼
Haha sesh spot indeed! 🤙🏼
Fr bro haha
Dude I didn't know we could park our cars there. That's gonna say the hell of a walk now. Keep your eye out for the rainbow trout.
Yeah if you got weighters you can walk through the left of the creek on the video and there’s a drop off
Some good spots further up for reddies 👍😎
Cheers mate
Best to avoid giving these locations away, keep these hidden gems a secret
I’ve come to that realisation
Are there still trout in these streams? I heard that due to pollution they’re no longer found in the hills??
I’ve went a few times I’ve only seen a couple it’s real hard and rare now days
may i ask where in the Adelaide hills you fish
Along gorge road somewhere
